Plants bloom from fall to winter with ten to one hundred and fifty 8 mm wide flowers. Flowers are fragrant.
Distribution[]
Plant is found growing in the grasslands of Rwanda; Zaire; Ethiopia; Sudan; Kenya; Tanzania; Uganda; Malawi; Mozambique; Zimbabwe; Cape Province, Natal, Lesotho, Orange Free State and Transvaal South Africa at elevations of 2100 to 2800 meters
