Plant blooms from spring to summer with eight to ten 4 cm wide flowers.
Distribution[]
Plant is found growing in Espiritu Santo, Rio de Janiero, Minas Gerais and Sao Paulo states of Brazil at elevations of 1000 to 1500 meters
Culture[]
Plants grow in intermediate to warm conditions and can be grown in medium size fir bark with perlite. Plant prefers drying periods between watering and bright light is recommended. Lengthen drying period a bit in the winter.
