Description[]
Plant blooms from late spring to early summer with up to five 22.5 cm wide flowers.
Distribution[]
Plants are found growing in leaf mulch, mossy rocks, and on trees in Islands north of Borneo, Guimaras Island, Provinces Negros, Augusan, Surigao del Norte, Mindinao, and Palawan of the Philippines at elevations of 0 to 500 meters.
Culture[]
Plant should be grown in areas with bright light and cool to warm temperatures. Pot in a well drain mix such as medium fir bark and perlite or sphagnum moss. Water regularly about every four to five days. Bright light promotes flowering. Species does not grow new roots quickly.
