Paphiopedilum schoserii is a species of Paphiopedilum found in Asia.
Description[]
Plant blooms in the fall with a single 7.5 cm wide flower.
Distribution[]
Plants are found growing in leaf litter and in crevices under the tree canopy of the forest in Moluccas and Bacaa Islands of Indonesia at elevations of 1000 to 1300 meters. The area is humid during the fall and summer and has heavy rains during the winter.
Culture[]
Plant should be grown in areas with moderate light and intermediate temperatures. Pot in a well drain mix such as medium fir bark and perlite or sphagnum moss. Water regularly about every four to five days. To induce blooming reduce watering in the winter.
