Plant blooms in the summer with a single flower.
Distribution[]
Plants are found growing in rocks and leaf litter in the forest of the Gaoligong Mountains between Burma and China at elevations of 1300 to 1900 meters.
Culture[]
Plant should be grown in areas with moderate lighting and cool to intermediate temperatures. Pot in a well drain mix such as medium fir bark and perlite. Species can tolerate many different potting mediums. Water regularly about every four to five days. Reduce watering in the winter to induce blooming. Flowers retain color when kept in the shade.
